1. Warranty Disclaimer

BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 2. Definitions

"Software" means the FrettyCharts applet executable file (FrettyObf.jar)
"3rd Party Libraries" means the software libraries distributed alongside the "Software", which carry their own copyright and license notices set out in section (5) below.
"Documentation" means accompanying written materials and help-manual.

3. Title

Deep North Music Limited (a Canadian Company) remains the owner of all right, title and interest in the Software. "

4. Copyright

The Software and Documentation are protected by Canada copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the Software and Documentation like any other copyrighted material--for example a book. You may not:

copy the Documentation
modify or adapt the Software or merge it into another program
place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the internet; or
sublicense, rent, lease or lend the Software or Documentation
reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software
copy the Documentation

5. Third Party Software Libraries

The Software is distributed alongside the "3rd Party Software Libraries" listed below. These libraries carry their own copyright and license notices, with no regard for (3,4) above.

IText by Bruno Lowagie and Paulo Soares

The IText executable code that is distributed with FrettyCharts is unchanged from the original IText distribution. The code covered by that distribution is licensed under the Mozilla Public License (MPL 1.1).

JGoodies - Looks 2.1.4

The Looks 2.1.4 code that is distributed with FrettyCharts is unchanged from the original Looks 2.1.4 distribution. This distribution is licensed under the terms of the BSD license, and for that code the required notices are reproduced below.
